Working together, we’ll identify obstacles and fears and take action steps that will lead to a successful transition into the next chapter of your life.

Individual sessions: We will work together to find our starting place and make a plan to find your way.  Meetings take place at my office, a public place (library or a coffee shop…) or in your home.

I accept private pay and co-pays by cash, check, or credit card (master card, visa, discover, American express, paypal).

Insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tufts, Medicare, Commonwealth Care Alliance/Senior Care Options and Optum insurances; including Harvard, United Behavioral Health and United HealthCare.

Some examples of starting points for adults, and older adults:


1) If you feel that your possessions have taken control of your life, and want to find clarity in home and mind.

2) If you are feeling blue or worried more days than not; thinking or dreading the thought of retirement; life changes are overwhelming you and your ready to work your way out of these thoughts.

3) If an obsessive behavior or impulsive thought is dominating your day and you are ready to start reshaping these thoughts and work on new behaviors.

4) If you have or are planning a life change and having a hard time adjusting to this new you or situation and want support during this time of transition.
